Her classes aim to re-connect, recalibrate and realign our bodies, minds and hearts, to find a sense of nurturing and home within rather than outside of ourselves. Her focus is on heart centred movement and stillness, guidance, observation and exploration of our breaths. Eva is certified with 500+hrs by Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500).
