Private classes will be tailored to your needs and wants, provides space for questions and the possibility to go into detail .They consist of a short Assessment to map out what will be focused on, Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation. Workshops will be put together in a similar way.
The style of the public classes is a slow flowing Vinyasa Style, which means that breath and movement will be linked. Every session consists of Asana (physical posture) Pranayama (Breathing technique) and Meditation.
